Uzma: Aspiration Builder & Transition Supporter.
In her day job, she’s a coach, mentor and trainer to women wanting a life of wholeness, presence and balance. More about that work can be found on her website.
Her role in The Organic Shed involves sourcing local & ethical produce, getting to know producers & suppliers, sharing their work and giving consumers the chance to experience their passion. She’s also the one that will be devising projects to help others make the successful transition to a more wholesome and ethical way of life.
Food and sustainable living wise, her interests include feeding her little family the best of what this earth provides without taking more than we need from it and building her own, her family’s and her community’s aspirations when it comes to consuming food that is good for them. She’s currently studying with The Institute of Optimum Nutrition but also has a degree in Medical Biochemistry both of which contribute to helping her and her family make the best food related choices they can, right now.
A nurturer of a veg patch in her garden and co-owner of a greenhouse, she has big ambitions to eat seasonally and harvest as much as possible from her own little patch of land!
